Physical Products & Paint Kits
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and assist with a replacement or resolution.
Custom & Handmade Orders
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
