Tracking Information

Incorrect Addresses

B-Squared Expressions is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can review the issue and assist with a resolution.
